INDIANAPOLIS, IN - (June 25, 2025) - The World Food Championships (WFC) is excited to announce the renewal of its flavorful partnership with Bolner’s Fiesta Products, which will return to the main stage this October as the Official Spice of the 2025 World Food Championships, held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds & Event Center in Indianapolis.

After successfully showcasing its signature spice blends in the Sandwich Category in 2024, Bolner’s Fiesta will now take its talents to the Seafood Category, further demonstrating the brand’s remarkable versatility and culinary impact across a wide variety of cuisines. From zesty rubs to bold blends, competitors will be encouraged to use Bolner’s Fiesta products in their quest to earn the title of World Seafood Champion and their share of WFC’s $450,000 prize purse.

"Bolner’s Fiesta Products has become an essential ingredient in the success of WFC’s competition platform,” said Mike McCloud, Founder of the World Food Championships. “Their spices empower chefs and home cooks to elevate their recipes with distinctive flavors and premium quality. We’re thrilled to see their lineup featured in the Seafood Category this year, and we know it will inspire some of the most delicious dishes the competition has ever seen.”

Founded in 1955, Bolner’s Fiesta Products is a family-owned business in San Antonio, Texas, who has built its name on bold flavor, consistency, and authenticity. The brand’s extensive product line includes spices, herbs, and seasoning blends that are beloved by professional chefs and home cooks alike. With decades of commitment to quality, Bolner’s Fiesta Products has become a pantry staple across the U.S. and a true flavor enhancer in culinary competitions nationwide.

“We’re proud to return to the World Food Championships in 2025 and continue our support of the Food Sport community,” said Liz Curtis, Technical Marketing at Bolner’s Fiesta Products. “The Seafood Category is an exciting new challenge for us, and we can’t wait to see how the talented WFC chefs use our seasonings to showcase their creativity and passion for food.”

This year’s WFC will take place October 16–19, 2025, bringing together over 400 competition teams chefs from around the world to compete across ten categories and ancillary challenges.
