Nothing like starting your Culinary journey at the age of 14 in the trenches we all love so much, The Dish Pit!! 25 plus years later and here we are still rocking the back of the house in the restaurant & hospitality industry. There's no better feeling than being able to create something from scratch for your guests to enjoy and come back for. Chef life is all its been, and being able to climb through the ranks, learning and adapting has been nothing short of amazing. In 2015 I opened my first Mediterranean Bar and Grill seating over 130 people. Fast forward to right before Covid on April 28th 2020 I opened cafe in East Bridgewater, MA called Perfectly Flavah'D Cafe. The whole world was shut down and I redirected the whole business model, opened, and never looked back. In 2021 I launched Wicked Flavah Food Truck and is now one of the hottest trucks on the south shore. Thats what led me to meeting one of my closest boys. My right hand, and one to trust with it all, all while having fun slinging away.Chef Stephen Coe, I can't say enough great things about my boy. Glad he will be alongside this competition. The competing days started when i got my first shot on The Food Networks Guys Grocery Games in 2013 making it all the way to the finals. In the last 2 years i have competed a few times and have a nice even record. Looking to bring the Flavah to Indy to have some fun, give people some greats eats, and show them what this love and passion for Flavah is all about.
