QUALIFYING EVENT: Polish Hungry For Que BBQ Bash
ZBQ is a competition barbecue team based out of Cumberland, Rhode Island. Competition barbecue is both a hobby and a passion for us. We love it because we enjoy cooking and all the great friends we have made on the competition circuit. Rhode Island isn't known for BBQ, but we are one of the leading teams in the northeast, with 10 Grand Championships to date. We cook about 20 contests a year.
